In 15th Century Europe, a young woman finds herself forced to come to term with her family’s heritage and supernatural forces that may surround her.
Not for all tastes, this introspective horror film is propelled by the gothic mood and sense of dread director Lukas Feigelfeld creates from the very first frame. The tone of foreboding that hangs over the story is palpable and makes for an unsettling experience as does the performance by actress Aleksandra Cwen as the young woman who ultimately succumbs to the forces around her.
