The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.

Chuck says: Perhaps one of the most boring sequels ever made – and I’m including Men in Black II – this is a genuine waste of time. There is no sense of urgency or originality at play here as this slogs from one predictable scene to the next.  Hemsworth is fine, though there are times when he’s trying a bit too hard, but Thompson is wonderful.  She brings a degree of exuberance and intelligence to this film that it doesn’t deserve.  Here’s hoping she gets the star-making role she deserves sooner rather than later.

Pam says:  What a disappointment this is even given the fact that the franchise uses a strong female, Tessa Thompson, as one of the leads and the talented Chris Hemsworth c0-stars.  Both actors are underutilized and the story lacks after the first scene.  The only saving grace in the film is Kamil Nanjiani as the voice of Pawny, a CGI character.  The magic, humor, and chemistry is missing between Hemsworth and Thompson confirming that 3 sequels are too many.
